OUR PROJECT

Allerford Court, Harrow

Spacious and accessible

Two new homes were developed to slot neatly into the existing boundaries of the Court’s road area. Efficiency and space were prioritised to make sure the development was a good fit for the area, using carefully-selected materials chosen for sustainability and durability.

Sustainable Homes and Efficient Living

The new development is in compliance with the new part L1a of the building regulations, incorporating the criteria of the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4. Each house has its own condensing boiler, double glazed windows, and roof-mounted solar panels, as well as being equipped with roof drainage and storage system – creating a beautiful living space that wastes nothing.
