Maximising the tight site

These 3no. two-bedroom appartments were sitiated on the site that was previously occupied by 4no. garages. The site being situated on the corner of the busy road had its challenges and we improved the scheme by incorporating defensible landscape, appropriate fenestration and balconies on the lank wall to break up its bulk.

Modern design on budget

This was fourth the series of projects for Harrow Homes that provided affordable housing solution while maintaining quality of design with prominent modern elements including the strong roof light, elevation material treatment and proportions of fenestrations.
