This residential development comprises 14 flats and its total area is approx.1200 sqm in a corner block. It uses colourful external tiles and bold graphic design to create a unique meeting point situated on the corner of Church Road and Hawthorne Avenue.

The four storey block comprises a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom flats. The 3 residential units at ground floor level are 2 bedroom and have their own access points. The development maximises the constrained urban site by incorporating internal amenity areas associated with residential development, such as balconies, cycle and bin storage, as well as a water tank and pump.
