Where Luxury meets Affordability

This residential development comprises six unique modern three-bedroom terraced houses as one of three concurrent sites, which GBP were awarded by Harrow Homes to take into construction on behalf of the local authority. 

Harrow Homes retain half of the units as rented and half as Shared Ownership. This scheme was fully compliant with Part M4 (2) and Part L1a. The scheme incorporated carefully-selected materials chosen for sustainability and durability alongside low operational energy demand with solar panels, additional insulation, and a thermal bridge-free design achieved with use of a timber frame clad in durable brick outer leaf.

GBP promises PassivHaus standards

GBP helped deliver incredible value for the Client, with a below-average price of under £1,160 per sqm whilst achieving environmental credentials comparable to the PassivHaus principles. The design plays with light and shade with its punctured doorways and deep protruding roofs, maintaining firm attention to detail throughout.
